WYBSA is a volunteer run, nonprofit organization that operates year round to help kids play softball locally. Continued support from businesses and individuals is critical to help our organization to continue to operate!

Sponsorships and donations help us budget for many expenses throughout the year, including:

• Uniforms: Ensuring every player is dressed in the proper attire for games. Sponsor opportunities are available on our league uniforms. 

• Equipment: Purchasing team equipment and having a supply of personal equipment for players who need it

• League Fees & Field Rentals: Covering the costs associated with league registration and securing local fields for practice and games.

There are a few major benefits of purchasing a sponsorship or making a donation to our organization:

• All sponsors’s logos will be added to the teams' jerseys they have sponsored in addition to our website (wadsworthyouthsoftball.com) and Facebook page! We are a registered 501(c)3 and can provide you with documentation for the tax benefits as well.

Our Fundraising Goal:
To help offset these costs, we are seeking donations based on our team structure, with varying pricing based on the number of teams. Below are our fundraising fee breakdowns:

• 1-3 Teams: $350 per team

• 4-6 Teams: $325 per team

• 7+ Teams: $285 per team

We are also open to any sponsorships, individual donations, or other contributions you may wish to make. Your support will have a lasting impact on the lives of our young athletes, and we would be incredibly grateful for any assistance you can provide.
